Rewrite in htaccess auf https mit WP-Rocket und exotischer Umleitung

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe hier eine Website das eh schon einen ganz komischen Rewrite der jede Seite im Browser mit der Endung /#/#!# erscheinen lässt. Soweit so gut... unabhängig davon das das natürlich Mist für die Suchmaschinen ist ist angeblich ein SSL-Zertifikat installiert welches jedoch im Browser nicht sichtbar ist. Bis dato ist glaube ich auch noch kein passender Rewrite in der htaccess angelegt. Um das ganze nicht allzu leicht zu machen hat auch noch das Plugin WP-Rocket ordentlich die htaccess befüllt. Muss leider zugeben das ich hier Experte genug für die htaccess um den Durchblick zu behalten.

Ziel ist auf jedem Fall ein funktionierender Rewrite auf die HTTPS-Version der Seite. Was muss ich anstellen bzw. ändern? Bin für jeden Tipp dankbar... nachfolgend mal die gesammelte htaccess-Datei... scheint mir Kraut und Rüben zu sein :-O
