Anlegen eines Blog geht nicht

Das MU scheint zu funzen, der erste blog mit blogtitel.domaine.at hat sich schnell erstellen lassen, jetzt aber geht es nicht mehr weiter. Das Blogs im Admin zeigt zwar den blog an, aber ein Aufruf zeigt diesen Text:
The blog you have requested is not installed properly. Please contact the system administrator.

Im edit blog erscheint das am Schluss:

Blog options (wp_5_options)
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in pfad/pfad/wp-admin/wpmu-blogs.php on line 149

im file steht:

foreach ( $options as $key => $val ) {

was jetzt?
